My son is a brain tumor survivor; our testimony, and lifestyle has proven, consistently practicing healthy living, cures diseases, reduces aging and preserves the body. My son & I are living examples of how increasing the amount of raw fruits, veggies, nuts, herbs, grains & engaging in physical activity 4 -5 days a week, will combat and ward off detrimental diseases, aid in development growth and strengthen the immune systems . By providing helpful, useful, easy to follow & informative health related content, via social media, participating in health groups and hosting my own events, allows me to engage with solid facts to heavily influence the masses.
